We went on a Sunday and it was definitely crowded, especially by the pools and the lockers. It felt a little hectic at first, like... okay, where do we even put our stuff. But after lunch we managed to find a few spots to relax, and the staff did a good job keeping things moving. I’d go back for sure, just probably on a weekday next time when it’s not so...

I’ve always liked this place, which is why I finally decided to get the membership thinking it would pay off and save me some money. But between the extra fees and the blackout days, it doesn’t feel like as good of a deal as I expected. I still enjoy going and would rather stick with a place I already trust, but for the price, the membership has been a little disappointing.

The locker rooms were nice, clean, not cramped, and I didn’t feel like I was bumping into everyone while trying to change. The showers worked well too, which I always appreciate because that can be hit or miss. Just made the whole changing-afterwards thing way easier and less of a hassle

Place was really clean when I got there. Didn’t really have any complaints, everything looked taken care of and tidy. Would defintely stay again

I was already tired of chasing customer service by the time I reached out, but they replied quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time. It was a relief to get simple, easy help without having to keep asking for updates

I went mainly for the pools and a spa day, and I don’t know why, but I was expecting it to feel a lot more peaceful than it did. It was crowded, and a few areas didn’t feel as clean as they should’ve. Some of the jets weren’t working either, which was disappointing. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I probably wouldn’t go back.

I had a really good day at Glen Ivy. The tickets aren’t exactly cheap. But you get to spend the whole day there. The pools and mud area are included too. For me, it felt worth the money.

I went to Glen Ivy for a massage and a little treatment day, and overall the place is really nice. The staff member I had was friendly, which I appreciated, but the massage itself was just okay. The pressure felt a bit inconsistent, and toward the end it seemed like things got rushed.

I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, because I still had a decent day, but I was expecting something more relaxing and polished for the price. I think I just hoped for a little more attention to detail. I’d probably go back to Glen Ivy, but I’m not sure I’d book that same service again

I had to call customer service to change my booking, and they were nice about it. The wait time was... a bit longer than I hoped, but once I got through, the person was helpful and explained everything clearly. Overall it was a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

I didn’t expect much from spa food, but it ended up being really fresh and tasty. The drinks were good too, especially after spending all day in the pools. I thought some of the fancy plating was a little unnecessary, but overall I was happy with everything.

I came here for my birthday it ended up being exactly what I needed. The whole day felt easy and relaxing, and by the time I left, I was in such a calm, happy mood. Definitely a lovely way to spend a birthday.

The place was crowded, and the common areas felt messy and not very hygienic. I brought it up, but it kind of felt like everything was brushed off with a “that’s our policy” type of excuse, which was frustrating. I get that places have rules, but it didn’t really help with the fact that it felt a bit unsafe and not very clean.

Check-in was quick and straightforward, which is exactly how it should be. The staff was friendly, had my info ready, and got me in without any hassle. Can’t ask for much more than that.
